These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile games, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Battal Entertainment ("Battal Entertainment", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading a game, visiting our website, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through our Services or by email. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Battal Entertainment is a game development studio based in İstanbul, Türkiye, dedicated to crafting dark fantasy experiences for PC and mobile platforms. Our registered address is provided at the end of these Terms.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years of age to use our Services. Users between the ages of 12 and 18 must have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian before using our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement and, if between 12 and 18, that you have obtained such consent.

We reserve the right to refuse access to our Services to anyone for any reason at any time, including where we have reason to believe that a user does not meet the eligibility requirements above.

5. Account Registration

Certain features of our Services may require you to register an account. When you register, you agree to:

6. License to Use Our Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Battal Entertainment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. This licence does not include:

• › Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from our Services without our prior written consent.
• › Modifying, adapting, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of our Services.
• › Using any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering tools.
• › Creating derivative works based on our Services or content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality included in our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, artwork, audio, video, game assets, code, and software — are the exclusive property of Battal Entertainment or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

The Battal Entertainment name, logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Battal Entertainment. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use our intellectual property beyond the limited licence set out in Section 6.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our Services in any manner that:

• › Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• › Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, or involves impersonating any person or entity.
• › Harasses, abuses, threatens, defames, or discriminates against any individual or group.
• › Involves the transmission of unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
• › Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of our Services, servers, or networks.
• › Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of our Services.
• › Exploits, creates, publishes, or distributes cheats, bots, automation software, hacks, mods, or any other unauthorised third-party software intended to modify or interfere with our games.
• › Engages in any form of real-money trading of virtual items outside of channels we expressly authorise.
• › Uploads or transmits viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

9. Virtual Items and In-Game Purchases

Our games may offer virtual currencies, items, upgrades, and other digital content ("Virtual Items") that can be obtained through gameplay or purchased with real money. When you purchase or earn Virtual Items, you receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use those Virtual Items within our Services, subject to these Terms.

• › Virtual Items have no monetary value outside our Services and cannot be exchanged for real money or real-world goods, except as required by applicable law.
• › All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• › Battal Entertainment reserves the right to modify, manage, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time without liability to you.
• › You may not sell, transfer, or trade Virtual Items to other users outside of features we explicitly provide for this purpose.

If your account is suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms, you will forfeit any Virtual Items associated with that account without compensation.

10. User-Generated Content

Some of our Services may allow you to submit, post, or share content such as usernames, profile images, comments, or gameplay recordings ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Battal Entertainment a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with our Services.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion without notice.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services that are not owned or controlled by Battal Entertainment. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Battal Entertainment expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• › Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• › That our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• › That any defects will be corrected or that results obtained from the use of our Services will be accurate or reliable.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Battal Entertainment and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) our Services.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Turkish Lira (TRY 100).

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Battal Entertainment and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of our Services, or your User Content.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice and without liability to you, for any reason, including if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability — shall survive.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul, Türkiye.

If you are a consumer located in the EEA, you may also have the right to refer a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features of our Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Battal Entertainment with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
